Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SantaClaw ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pantheon Lab Inc.
2. Description of Service
SantaClaw provides AI-powered receptionist services for service businesses, including inbound call handling, appointment booking, SMS confirmations, and AI discovery optimization. The Service is provided as a subscription and is subject to the plan limits described on our pricing page.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SantaClaw complies with all applicable laws, including call recording consent laws in your jurisdiction. You must not use the Service to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to configure your AI receptionist.
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Your 14-day free trial begins when you provision your AI phone number. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged. After the trial, your chosen plan will be billed automatically. Overage calls are billed at the rate specified in your plan. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be deleted.
6. AI Limitations
SantaClaw uses AI technology that may produce occasional errors, misunderstandings, or inaccurate responses. We provide a 5-layer safety system to minimize such occurrences, but we cannot guarantee perfect accuracy. You should monitor your AI receptionist's performance and configure it appropriately for your business. Pantheon Lab is not liable for any losses arising from AI errors.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pantheon Lab's liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
